I paid less tax then claimed on return for 2016. How do I determine 2017estimated tax

TurboTax has an income & estimates calculator that you can use.

Click on the Federal Taxes tab, then Other Tax Situations, then scroll down to Other Tax Forms and select Form W-4 & Estimated Taxes.  Follow the prompts and TurboTax will ask for a variety of income & deduction information before arriving at an estimate of 2017 taxes.

At the end of the process you'll be able to print out the 1040-ES vouchers to make estimated payments, if you choose to do so.
