I paid for turbotax deluxe for federal and one state. filed federal but now asking me to pay $44.99 for state?

I used same product every year.  Federal and one state.  It wants me to pay additional for state?

The icon next to your post shows you are using the online version.  In the online version, the state is not included with the federal program and the charge you are seeing is for the state program.  There is no additional charge for e-filing either the Federal or the state.  

With the Desktop/CD version, you get one free state program but there is an additional charge to e-file the state program,.
