I paid for the free state return option w/downloaded version of TurboTax Deluxe, but now TurboTax wants me to pay for the return. How do I get my free return?

Please note, in order to downgrade, you will need to make sure you have not paid any fees yet. You will need to clear and start over to downgrade.
