I paid for prior year and started on it. Why cant I log back into it?

A prior year tax return can not be done with the online version of TurboTax. Period. You have to install the CD/Download version on your computer and then use that to complete your 2015 or earlier return. A prior year tax return can not be e-filed. You have to print it, sign it and mail it to the IRS. Get the desktop version of TurboTax at <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/">https://turbotax.intuit.com/persona... SURE you are under the correct tab for the tax year of TurboTax you wish to purchase.
