I paid for my tax return, but it has not yet been filed. I want to clear it all and start over with my info from last year.

If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return and start over. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2020 online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.

Since you have paid for the tax return it cannot be cleared and started over.  If you need to make changes you can go to any of the sections of the program to make any type of changes needed.

Sorry if you already paid for 2020 you can not clear or start over.  So you can't transfer.  You may be able to ask support to switch you to the Desktop program and then there are ways to get the 2019 file to transfer.
