I paid for my federal and state returns. How do I e-sign them now?

This is for my 2024 Taxes, and my name is Patricia M Hanson. I paid using my Apple Pay after that I got kicked out and I am not certain what to do.

You can only efile if you filed for an extension. If not, mail your return.
