I paid for Home&Business but it wont download b/c I am still using XP system.Last year I did taxes through Turbotax cloud & that is where my info is. How do I get that?

Did you purchase the download of Home and Business directly from TurboTax?   If so, you have a couple of choices.

You can use the online refund request form at the link below, and then use the online product (Online Home and Business is now called "TurboTax Self-Employed.")

Or you can phone TurboTax Customer Support (they are open today), tell them what happened, and ask for a remedy.

Before starting, be sure you are in the same online account as last year, so the 2015 data from your online 2015 return will transfer into your 2016 return.  If you need help finding the account with the 2015 return, report back.
