For what tax year?   It is now way too late to e-file a 2021 tax return.   And it is way too soon to e-file a 2022 return---e-filing is not yet open.    E-filing for 2021 returns has been permanently closed for several months.   The only way to file a 2021 return now is by mail.   You have to print it, sign and date it in ink, and mail it in.   

But if you used Full Service, talk to your "expert"--who will tell you to mail it.
