I paid extra taxes to IRS to cover the underpayment for 2018. Where do I enter it?

Do a Search (upper right) for "estimated taxes paid" (lower case, without the double quotes) and jump to the result.

The first line on the next screen is "Federal estimated taxes for 2018(1040-ES)". Click on Start and enter your payments in the following screen(s).
