I paid auto registration fees in GA and then again when I moved to SC. I also had to pay Out of State Title fees for the move from GA to SC. Are these deductible?

Some of these care registration fees are deductible -

GA -  You can deduct only the Ad Valorem Tax portion of the annual auto registration on your Federal Schedule A.

SC - None of the auto registration fees are tax deductible (including the out of state title fee).

Car Registration Deduction - the total amount of your registration fee is not deductible, just the portion that the state charged you for taxes based on the value of your vehicle. This does not include the yearly tag fees but only the Ad Valorem Tax which is a deductible tax added to the tag fee. Please check this link to see if Is your Car Registration Deductible?

Please note that you would only be able to claim these deductions if you itemize so if these are your only itemized deductions, you will want to just take the standard deduction.
