I paid a due amount of $35 online at the Department of Revenue. The Turbotax app still says I owe the money, and it will not let me continue to file until I pay.

I am stuck on the step where they ask me how I would like to pay. I don't want to be charged twice. I just want to file my taxes. Why does it say I still have an amount due? I called the bank and they said the payment went through.

Just select that you will pay by check using the payment voucher.  E-file your tax return and do not mail a check since you have already paid the taxes owed.
