I paid $50.00 CO taxes and $60.00 Turbo tax fee, but software still wants me to pick a payment option? Thoughts?

A payment option for what?  Do you owe federal or state tax?   Paying your TurboTax fees is separate from paying the amount of tax you owe the IRS or state.  Look at your tax returns--do they show that you owe?  Federal tax due is on line 23 of your Form 1040;  the amount you owe to CO is on line 42 of your CO return form.

If you are getting a federal refund instead--your refund is on line 20; if you are getting a CO refund it is on line 37 of your CO tax form.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen. Click on Tools. Click on View Tax Summary. Click on Preview my 1040 on the left side of the screen.

You are in Deluxe.   The fees for using Turbo Tax Deluxe are $60 for federal and $50 for a state return.  That is separate from any Tax Due you owe.
