You paid it in on a 1040ES voucher?   what kind of penalty were you trying to avoid?

yes on a 1040 ES form. trying to avoid under payment

Once you're logged into your actual return, up on the top menu bar, select  My Account >  Tools  > Topic Search and type in Tax payments, it will take you right to where you need to go.
