I paid $10,000 federal income tax direct to IRS in 2016. Where is this entered?

I assume this is an estimated tax payment. If so,

To enter estimated taxes paid (Federal, State, Local)

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Deductions and Credits
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Scroll down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid
On Estimates, click on the start or update button

Note: There are Federal, State and local tax sections here, so make sure it is correctly enter in the Federal section.
