I own a Co op and my maintenance fee is a precentage deductibles. Where do I add that

The portion of the maintenance fee that is deductible is usually for property tax. If that's your case, you would enter it as property tax as an itemized deduction.  Unless maintenance fees include a portion for property tax or mortgage interst, the fee is not deductible.
