I owed on my taxes so I scheduled a payment and inputted my bank information on turbo tax. Does this mean the IRS send me the stimulus check directly to account?

As of today, it hasn't been deposited. I'm supposed to get the 1200. I hope it goes into my account and doesn't get sent via mail.
