I owed $22,581 taxes 2008. On a streamline Installment since Aug 2012. Debt $10,351.39. $10,012 Int & Pen 2008 tax left $381. Approved FTPA. After pay $381, next step?

Thank U for your response. Yes I do have a detailed transcript for all payments made. I actually started paying on it in feb 2011. ( was seeking an OIC- got denied).   I just bet the IRS is going to force me to pay off the remaining $10,012 in penalties & interest before they abate the penalty!  Recommended

If the OIC was denied and you have a Payment agreement, IRS will take any refunds until the debt is totally paid off.
