I owe this year and I applied for the tax repayment, but I entered in a number too low to pay what I owe back. Is there any way to change this?

Are you saying that you applied for an installment agreement to pay back your taxes monthly but you entered a monthly payment amount that is too low?

If so, the IRS will likely change the monthly payment amount to the minimum required amount (they have a formula).  Alternatively, once the installment agreement is approved (you will get a letter), you can call the IRS (800-829-1040) or go online and request to change the monthly payment amount.
