I owe for my taxes. I want to file a payment option with the IRS. So I don't want to pay my taxes when I file, I just want to file them

You can select pay by check to bypass the installment agreement section.   This will allow you to file your taxes.  You can then contact the IRS customer service line at 1 800 829 1040 to set up a payment plan.  Or you can visit the IRS website to complete their Online Payment Agreement. For more information please see TurboTax FAQ below.
