I owe $3423 in taxes but recently lost my job and will not be able to pay that. What options do I have ?

If you cannot pay the federal taxes owed either by direct debit from your bank account, cash, check, or either a credit or a debit card then go to this IRS website to complete an online payment agreement for the federal taxes owed -  https://www.irs.gov/payments/online-payment-agreement-application

Using TurboTax with federal taxes owed, in the File section of the program indicate that you will be mailing the payment with a payment voucher.  After e-filing or printing and mailing your tax return, then do not mail the payment voucher.
