I ordered, paid and downloaded 2017Form 1041 Estates and Trusts. When I open the program, it says TurboTax Premier. What is going on?

Sounds as if you received the incorrect download in your download account.  What does your order indicate in this TurboTax website - http://turbotax.intuit.com/commerce/orderstatus/orderstatus.jsp

If it indicates the Business Edition, then you need to contact TurboTax support so they can push the correct installation file to your download account.
