I only received a 1095 C form. I can’t find a policy number on this. Only an OMB Number. Also I am getting an error message F8962-070

A Form 1095-C is not entered on a tax return.

When asked if you received a Form 1095-A select NO.

Delete the Form 1095-A that you started.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen

Click on Tools

Click on Delete a form

Note - There may be multiple pages of your tax return forms and schedules so click on the page number or right arrow (>) shown at the bottom of the federal tax return forms.
