I only made around $17,000 last year but my adjusted gross income is around $35,000. I have no other assets. Any idea why?? It's messing up all of my scholarships!

What tax year are you referring to, 2017 or 2018?

If tax year 2017 is your Federal tax return a Form 1040 or Form 1040A?

If a Form 1040 what amounts of income are shown on on Lines 7 through 21, by Line number?

If a Form 1040A what amounts of income are shown on Lines 7 through 14b, by Line number?

If tax year 2018 what amounts of income are shown on Form 1040 Lines 1 through 5b, by Line number?  What amounts of income are shown on Schedule 1 Lines 10 through 21, by Line number?
