I only have a 1095 B for health coverage.

A Form 1095-B is not entered on a federal tax return. Instead, just answer the Health Insurance section in TurboTax as follows:

1. "Yes" to "Did you have health insurance coverage in 2016?"
2. "no" to "Were you enrolled in a plan from Healthcare.gov or another Marketplace in 2016?" 

That's all TurboTax needs. When you receive the form, be sure to review it for accuracy and just keep for your files.
