I noticed there is a fee of $197 to turbo tax in addition to the $39.99 when I got to the point of signing the agreement. What is $197 for?

yes.  there were 2 other states.  AL owes me $6 and Penn 0.  GA is my main state and these other 2 were listed on my W2

Deluxe is 59.99 for Federal.  Each state is 44.99
So 59.99+44.99+44.99+44.99=194.96 plus sales tax

Then to have the fees deducted from your refund is an EXTRA 39.99 Refund Processing Service charge.  Or pay with a credit card to avoid the extra charge.
