Do you have a TurboTax Online account?

We'll help you get started or pick up where you left off.

I noticed in a couple of sections that I've completed, it says "Not Started" on the dashboard. When I go back into the section, all my info that I've entered is there. ??

So far I've seen it in the K-1 section and the HSA contribution section. Just want to make sure my info is being included.

Yes, this experience can happen when an underlying form is not ready to be e-filed. Your entries are saved, as you've seen, but the summary pages are not updated. Once the form updates are released, this should be resolved.

When is this expected to be fixed?  I reviewed with an agent and everything is entered correctly, but in the "Wages & Income" section, Health savings account distributions are entered but the form still says "Start".  And in the "Deductions & Credits" section, "HSA and MSA contributions" has no values (just a "-") and "Start".

This and another glitch are holding me from filing right now.

It's possible this is browser-related. Please log out of TurboTax, refresh your browser, and clear your cookies and cache. Then restart your browser and log into TurboTax again. Or try a different browser.

Your other option is to delete the entries you made under the HSA section. Then re-enter the information to see if your entries are shown on the Tax Breaks summary page.

Thanks; I had tried all of those and nothing had worked.  Will try one more time I guess.
