You are posting from online Live Basic---which includes live help from a tax expert.   Somehow you chose that, since it does not default to "Live" by itself.   The way to avoid it---pay attention to what you are choosing.   And if you somehow stray into "Live" and do not want it:

Next time---before you register, pay or e-file---look at your TurboTax fees.   If you see something that is unwanted, you can downgrade by clearing and starting over, or by removing add-on features.
