You sound really confused. If you had health insurance from healthcare.gov.---the "marketplace" -- that has nothing whatsoever to do with Facebook. The "Affordable Care Act" provided a government health insurance program--sometimes called "Obamacare". If you have that kind of health insurance you receive a 1095A which must be entered on your tax return. If you had NO health insurance, or if you had some other kind of health insurance such as a plan through your employer, then when the software asks if you have a 1095A you say NO, and then you move on in the software without having to enter any other information regarding your health insurance.
