I never got for 14039 and I was asked to fill in that information what should I do?

The Form 14039 is the Identity Theft Affidavit. You may have accidentally selected something that would indicate that you are a victim of identity theft. If that is not needed, you can delete it from your return. You can use these steps to delete the form:

• Log into your return and click orange Take me to my return button
• Click My Account in the top right and select Tools
• Click Delete a form and when the list opens, scroll down and click Delete next to Form 14039
