I needed to know if I still pick divorce even though I have been divorced for over 2 years or if I pick single?

divorce is not a filing status. if you have a qualifying dependent it's head of household otherwise single

Correct, however the question is about Intuit's questionaire for taxes. Both Divorced and Single are choices.  Please advise.

Only should choose Single if you have not remarried.
