I needed to file a 1041 for my father's estate. I was told to buy Home & Business... which didn't work, then to buy Business. I want a refund or explanation??

You have to use TurboTax Business to prepare a Form 1041.

Go to this link for customer service for the Home and Business product. https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/

You can use the Home and Business to do your 1040 and other 1040 returns.
