Do you have a TurboTax Online account?

We'll help you get started or pick up where you left off.

I need to verify that my 2019 taxes were filed by turbo tax. I am trying to speak to a live person - not a tax pro but just a live person. is that even available?

IRS shows a credit for 2019 and says  i didn't file any taxes. But i did thru Turbo Tax

The Where's My Refund site has been erratic and unreliable.  But if TT told you the IRS has Accepted your filing for processing, then the government has it.  (Approved is a later step, but TT receives no further updates once Accepted. Calling the IRS will not help, either, and the IRS has implored taxpayers not to call them.)  See this article:

Did you efile? Was it Accepted? Did you go all the way through the File tab, through the 3 steps and hit the big orange Transmit Returns Now button? Maybe you didn’t finish filing it or it rejected.

Check back though your emails. When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.

When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc. What does it say?
