I need to upgrade from 2017 deluxe to Premier. I can't get the upgrade to work

Trying to upgrade from Deluxe to Premier within the software. The upgrade won't work and I can't reach anyone at Turbo Tax for support. I have used Turbo Tax for years but this year SDW. I am about to go have someone do my taxes.
