Thanks!  I'm actually looking for info on submitting the form electronically.  Turbo Tax assists in providing the form and prompts for the responses to the required fields, but you have to print it and mail it with USPS.  I am concerned about mailing because IRS has posted on their website that they are operating with limited staff due to COVID-19, and also advised the public not to call them.  I would like an electronic means to submit this form to ensure that it is processed.
