@Kennard22 Not sure what you mean by "re-set" your credit card.  For what purpose?  What are you trying to do?  You are posting to  a thread about e-filing---and it is too late to e-file a 2019 return.  Please explain what you are really trying to accomplish.

Since the 2019  return must be mailed in then in the FILE tab choose the mail in option so the proper forms and instructions will be populated in the PDF ... a reset of the CC is no longer needed.  If you still want to pay by CC instead of mailing a check with the paper return then you can pay online here: www.IRS.gov/payments
