Please make sure that you qualify for the Head of Household filing status, if you do not qualify you will not be able to select this as an option on the tax return.

• You can change your filing status by navigating to "Personal Info" on the Tax Timeline. 

• In the "Personal Info Summary", you can click "Edit" next to your filing status to update.

If you meet the requirements as outlined below and still cannot select Head of Household, you will want to review your responses to the personal and dependent information questions asked during the interview process to make sure an incorrect selection was not made.
