I need to know, why my state return amount is different that turbo tax said?

State refunds are different than what your tax return says if you elect to have TurboTax fees deducted from your refund, or if you have an offset. You will need to contact your State Department of Revenue to determine if they have offset your refund (kept some for a debt you may owe).

Click here to search for your order status and get your receipts.

1. Search by you last name, phone number, and last four of your card OR by your order number and zip code. 
2. Once your order comes up, select view details under order details.
3. The page it will bring you to will be your receipt and you will have the option to print.
