I need to know if using the Deluxe Desktop version I can file both 2019/2020 taxes and if I can do 2 individual's taxes?

Each tax year is a separate TurboTax program.  Using the TurboTax desktop editions you can create, complete and file as many tax returns as needed.

No, you cannot prepare both 2019 and 2020 income tax returns with one product; you need the 2019 version to prepare 2019 returns and the 2020 version to prepare 2020 returns.

Since you are filing a late 2019 return, the IRS will not have a 2019 AGI in the system for you.  When the 2020 software asks for your 2019 AGI so that you can e-file 2020, use “zero.”  If you cannot e-file by using zero then you will have to print, sign and mail your 2020 return.
