Yes, if your system meets the other System Requirements as well.

For tax year 2024, these are the available Operating Systems to use for Mac:

macOS Ventura 13 or later (macOS Monterey 12 not supported)
- Specific macOS: macOS Ventura 13, macOS Sonoma 14, macOS Sequoia 15
