I need to fill in the box for State Tax refund item B. Where do I find this info?

It's supposed to be on the 2018 State and Local tax refund worksheet. I can't find it I used the search feature,and went back thru the sections but i couldn't find it.

Click on Forms on the upper right, then click on the State and Local Tax Refund worksheet on the left.
