First of all---are you asking how to prepare your tax return? How to enter information? Or are you asking how to literally e-file your prepared tax return? What are you trying to do?

An "expert" can only help you if you upgrade and pay an extra fee for the "Live" help that is provided with an online version of TurboTax Live.
