No. Paying TurboTax with your federal refund (Refund Processing Service) is only available if you are able to e-file for the current tax year (2017). Prior year tax returns (2016) must be filed by mail (cannot be e-filed). Please review the following link(s) and the link(s) embedded on the webpage(s) for more information:
