I need to file 2021.Website assured me I wouldn't be charged until looking it over. They asked for payment info first, then charged me. I bought a cad return, not USA

I didn't know cad meant Canada. How do I return this for USA?

As you did not buy your software from TurboTax, TurboTax cannot issue a refund.
