I need to efile my federal and paper file my states

When you get to the File section in the program, you will get to the screen Let's get ready to e-file, select e-file for your Federal return and choose File by mail button for your State. Even though you mail in your state return, there still is a charge, the charge is not to e-file, it is for the return itself.
