I need to download my tax documents from 2017. Turbo only allows you to upload. What do I do.

If you did not upload and docs to the MY DOCS tool then you have nothing to download. What you can get is the PDF of the filed return ...

Also note?

1) on the left-hand side-pane you do have to have "Tax Home" selected.

2) The "Documents" selection in that left window is only for other forms you want to upload and save into TTX storage.
