I need to do 2 income tax, one on Premium and another one for student, can I buy Premium and do both?

Using the TurboTax online editions you can only complete one tax return per account and User ID.  To start a second tax return with the online editions you would have to create a new account with a new User ID -

Using the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions you can create, complete and file as many tax returns as needed -

Yes you can and pay only one time for the TurboTax software.  If you purchase the Premier desktop edition there is also one free state program download included in the purchase price.  Note that there is an e-file fee for any state tax return e-filed.  The e-file fee can be avoided by the printing and mailing the state tax return.

In the TurboTax desktop edition you get 5 free federal e-files included with the edition.  Any tax returns after the 5 e-files have to be printed and mailed.
