You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
If you do not want to save your return information, you can clear the return, if you have not already registered or paid for the software.
Go to the upper right and click on My Account in the blue bar.
Select Clear and Start Over
Confirm Yes, you are sure you want to clear your return.
Or if you are in the TurboTax Mobile Ap

Sounds like if the program isn't letting you Start Over, you may have Registered your product. Unfortunately there is no way to clear and start over from that.
