Accepted only means the IRS verified some basic info on it so they know it's really from you. After it is Accepted the IRS processes it then approves it before they send the refund.
It is the bank that rejects the deposit and sends it back to the IRS. Then the IRS will mail you a check. If you put the wrong bank account number the bank won't know it's for you. They can only put it in the bank account number you entered.
Sorry you can't change it after you file. If the bank rejects your deposit the IRS will mail a check to the address on your return.
My taxes say they were accepted but theres no way all my information matches up especially when i only input 1 wrong digit for my account number. If they've been accepted does that still allow the bank to reject it?

That depends on the bank. Some banks refuse deposits if the name on the deposit does not match the name on the account - others do not. Ask the bank.
