I need to change my employer identification number

Please take the following steps to revise your employer's Employer Identification Number, in the Form W-2 information which you previously entered into TurboTax:

• In your return, click on Federal Taxes tab
• Click on Wages & Income tab
• Under "Your income", "Job (W-2)", find the W-2 on which you want to make a change, and click on Edit/Add button
• On next page entitled "Here's your W-2 info", click on Edit button for employer on which you want to make a change
• Make your desired changes to employer's EIN, and click on Continue

Dont see federal tab

The Federal menu is found on the left for online versions. Then, choose Wages & Income from the menu options at the top of the screen to find your W-2 and make corrections.
