What did you buy? It is too late to start an online return. You need to download and install the Desktop program. You need a full Windows or Mac computer. Not a iPad. Maybe you can use a friend's computer?

You are too late to start a new return using online TurboTax. The deadline for that was on October 16. Sorry. If you have not started your return yet, you have to use the CD/download on a full PC or Mac. The return cannot be e-filed; it has to be filed by mail now. If you do not have a computer that supports the desktop software, perhaps you can borrow one?
As for "I purchased the turbotax to file my 2022 taxes...." What did you purchase? You might need to talk with customer support next week.
No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
